Passive Source of Income

This is the 2nd most important point in this 4 point list after Health. This is a very important step in the direction of achieving financial independence for me. I want to generate a passive source of income, whether from any business or by giving any services. It should at least cover my monthly expenses. The passive source should be something worth valuing and should not be seen only as a money tool.
